Story

Wealthy dowager Ranima runs a massive feudal-style estate in Indian countryside, where the virtuous doctor Ajit lives and works, along with the evil estate manager Ramnath. The two are also rivals for the love Indira, the household's beautiful nanny. Soon after the dowager dies, Ramnath accuses the doctor of killing her as a means of getting rid of his unwanted romantic rival. Ultimately though, the plan fails.
