Ashok, a former member of the ATS, along with Arjun, a computer hacker, and his girlfriend Anitha, tries to unveil a scam involving the bullet proof jackets provided to police officers.

Vishnuvardhan says that the film is based on a real life incident, in which the lead character fights against malice in the society. Arya, who also stars in the film, says that this would be the modern version of Shankar's Indian.
